Nose Surgery Reviews

Has anyone had tip-lowering + nostril-lowering surgery?

Day 16 after rhinoplasty. I prefer a natural look, and having an upturned tip had always stressed me out, so I finally made the decision to undergo rhinoplasty. I went to [Clinic A], where three acquaintances had successful surgeries. The doctor said my bridge was very low, but the skin around my nose was thin, so silicone could not be inserted and artificial dermis should be used instead. They also said I needed osteotomy on the left bridge area, tip lowering, and nostril lowering. Materials other than dermis were ear cartilage, donated rib cartilage, and septal cartilage. I am curious how much the tip will descend. I am currently concerned that the inside of the right side of my nose is slightly swollen and has descended.
