It’s a re-re-revision rhinoplasty, and they said we should use autologous costal cartilage. An acquaintance of mine got it done by Director Choi and ended up with a very firm nose, so I’m about to book surgery right away, but is there anyone here whose result failed? Of course, results vary by person at any hospital, but I hope this will be the last nose surgery of my life If it goes wrong even after using autologous costal cartilage, that would be depressing
