It’s now been 5 months since my surgery, and there’s about 1 month left before I reach 6 months. I had surgery with septal cartilage, silicone, and nostril lowering. After rhinoplasty, when I walk a little or walk slightly fast, I feel like blood is rushing to the nasal tip. Uh, in the early period after rhinoplasty, when you look downward, you know that chilly feeling of blood pooling in the nose, right? Does that disappear after removal? I think it happens because the columellar artery was removed and several tying procedures were done in the nose, so blood circulation is poor.
