My septum had been crooked since birth, but it wasn’t visible at all. But this time, while raising the height, it became clearly visible, and the silicone ended up going in crooked. I’m looking into removal, and they’re saying I should do full removal + septoplasty. It’s not even surgery for a deviated septum.. (I did have that done with my first nose surgery - though they say it wasn’t done properly) They say it’s to correctly fix the asymmetry in the columella area inside the nose? If I just remove the silicone, I’ll go back to my original nose. Why do I have to pay to have it manipulated again Wouldn’t that just mean adding another modification instead of returning to the original nose? I searched it up, and it doesn’t even look simple..; And I don’t even know exactly how they plan to straighten the crooked part either
