I had surgery 15 years ago, and recently it seemed like my nose was getting lifted, so I urgently looked into it. All four opinions were the same: it’s not inflammation, but the silicone has moved upward and is making the nose tip look upturned. There’s L-shaped nighttime silicone in there. Because my original nose was so low, they said removing everything at once would leave me feeling a huge sense of loss... For now, I’m leaning most toward ㅍㄹㅁ. I really don’t want a pretty, glamorized nose like that. I just want a natural nose as a human nose, as long as it’s not ugly. I had the first surgery when I was way too young and knew nothing, because my mom dragged me to a local plastic surgery clinic, and that’s why it turned out badly, so I’m so scared of having nose surgery again. I truly never want to touch it again What resonated with me most was when the ㅍㄹㅁ director said he is the person who does the final nose surgery... Even right now, it feels like my nose is getting more and more upturned every day, and my anxiety has gotten really bad.
