I've already had my first revision using autologous costal cartilage, and now they're saying to do a second surgery with ear cartilage for the nasal tip.. I'm wondering whether it's okay if autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage are both used together I already had rib cartilage taken once, and just thinking about involving my ear too is depressing…
