For my first surgery, I had silicone in the nasal bridge and donated rib cartilage in the nasal tip, but it was too stiff, so I had it removed, and it’s been 5 years. When I had it removed, they tied the nasal tip to maintain the shape as much as possible, but these days I want to do it again I guess people’s desires are endless If I do it again, I want to use ear cartilage, but I’m worried I’ll regret it again
