My nose feels blocked after rhinoplasty. Do I need to even consider revision surgery? I like how it looks, but now I have functional discomfort... My nose isn’t aligned in the same line as my philtrum and columella; it feels like the nasal column was set a bit to the side while correcting asymmetry. Because of that, it feels like the airway is wide on one side and narrowed on the other.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
