It's been 2 years and I can still see distant text well, so it's very comfortable. But I don't know if it's just me, but every morning when I wake up my eyes feel a bit dry and stiff (it's fine after washing my face..). And sometimes if I focus on a screen for too long, it can look doubled.. Even with these downsides, if I went back to before surgery, I think I'd still absolutely do it. No regrets xx
