My vision is still 1.2, and in the beginning I used artificial tears for about 3 years, mainly in spring and winter. I have pollen allergies, so I used artificial tears during certain seasonal changes, and I only have a very slight amount of glare at night while driving, so I’m extremely satisfied. I had the surgery in my mid-20s, and I regret not doing it earlier.
