It is the evening of the day after nose surgery, and the bridge looks lifted.. From the front, my nostrils look way too big, but is that because of the gauze packed inside..? The height from the alar area to the bridge looks way too high. Will it come down once the swelling goes away..? This was a nasal fracture case and a revision surgery, so there should not be another surgery after this
