I previously had swelling in my nasal tip and blood pooled in my nasal bridge, so I had it drained. After that, tenderness developed around the glabella/nasal bridge area, so I was thinking of removing only the silicone through a closed approach. But suddenly, starting yesterday, the inside of my left nose? started feeling swollen, and externally my nasal tip isn’t swollen, but from underneath, my nasal tip and columella feel pulled and tight. The sensation is really uncomfortable, but on the outside it’s not red or swollen yet. What should I do in this kind of situation? Should I at least try rinsing it? I think I need to remove the silicone because of the tenderness.. It’s only been 2 months since my primary surgery, so I don’t even know if full removal is possible. Please help me
