I had bulbous nose correction and tip surgery using donated rib and autologous cartilage. Before surgery, I was worried that the change would be too dramatic, but the result came out as naturally as I wanted, so I am really satisfied. Only the tip was lifted to a moderate degree, so the overall impression of my face does not seem to have changed much, but from the front the heavy feeling has been reduced, and people around me have said many times that I look prettier, but not so much that it looks obvious, so it feels natural. I wanted a natural nose, and it seems to have turned out exactly as I wanted.
