No one around me really knew much about nose surgery, so I looked up male nose surgery reviews on my own, visited a few places, and out of them I got my nose surgery at ID Plastic Surgery because they explained everything the best. What stressed me out the most in everyday life was that my nose looked wide from the side, and the tip looked low and short. In particular, because the columella looked retracted, my whole face felt kind of off. During the consultation, they explained the problems with my current nose one by one, and I liked that they could also improve the functional side at the same time. I used silicone, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. And for the overall balance of the nose shape, they also did a deviated nose correction, hump nose correction, boxy nose correction, and columella lowering together. I asked them to make it into a natural straight line without looking too obviously operated on, and I think they did a harmonious job. My nose looks much longer than before, but it does not look overly high or like there is any obvious sign of cosmetic surgery at all, and they made it feel like it was always my original nose, which makes me even happier. And since I also had functional nose surgery, the fact that breathing became much easier is great too. Some clinics do a more glamorous curved line like women’s nose lines, but here they made it into a straight nose exactly, which I am very satisfied with.
