Last year I had a no-implant rhinoplasty with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but not long after surgery there was a step on the bridge lol the tip drooped and fell, and the bridge became bumpy like a hump nose lol;; Honestly, after my first surgery there was never a moment I felt at ease lol. Then I found the place for revision surgery. Autologous costal cartilage did feel a bit burdensome, but if I was going to do it, I wanted to do it right, and after researching all the info it did seem like cartilage was the right choice.. lol Anyway, it’s been about 3 months since I had surgery at By Min Plastic Surgery, and the tip hasn’t drooped at all, and the straight line is clean too.. They said the step on the bridge was filled in with cartilage, and I honestly didn’t expect it to look this neat lol
