Scars will definitely remain, and nasolabial folds will form. Of course, it may be less noticeable at famous clinics.. I recommend avoiding it if possible. You can’t even reverse alar base reduction. I’m currently looking into revision rhinoplasty overall, and I’m really angry at the director of the first clinic who just cut it without balancing things properly ㅡㅡ
