For cases of revision surgery without implants, are there also safety reasons, like inflammation or contracture? I’m planning to get my first nose surgery, but I feel like I’ll end up removing silicone someday, so even if the change isn’t obvious, I just want to make a slight correction without implants. Are there cases around you where people get revision surgery for safety reasons?
