For my first nose surgery, I had cartilage fixation, septal extension, and ear cartilage to raise the tip. But because I was anxious, disliked the design, and felt pressure on my nose, I had an early removal on day 9 after surgery... After the early removal, today is day 3? But the nostril asymmetry seems really, really severe... and the upper part of the left nostril almost looks torn because of the silicone pad..? Is it because of swelling.. Maybe I should really wait a bit longer... Even if the swelling goes down, I don't think the asymmetry will improve... And normally after full nasal implant removal, do the nostrils and alar area swell up that much too? It feels somehow bigger than my original nose
