I still have a stiff, heavy feeling. In terms of shape, I don't think there have been any big changes since 6 months after surgery, but contraction can still happen even after removal. So I'm still being careful in daily life and feeling worried. For those of you who are more than 9 months out from removal, until when do you think changes in shape, like swelling going down or settling, can continue?
