It's a non-implant nose, and it's been a little over a month. There is nothing major wrong, but the tip is too high. I prefer the round, blunt shape I had before; right now the tip is sharp and high, so my nose looks long, and it does not match my image at all. My confidence has dropped even more after surgery... If there is no problem, should I just put up with it, lower only the tip, or remove everything? I am wondering, because I know that what is inserted into the nose settles in and adheres over time! So I was thinking maybe the sooner it is removed, the better. Since I had osteotomy, whatever I do will probably need to wait until things stabilize, but if anyone knows, please give me some advice
