The director looked at everything carefully, so I trusted them. I was worried because they said that if a support structure is not placed, the nose will become uplifted. The director said that because the support structure is my own cartilage, there will never be a problem. But the manager said that once contracture occurs, even if autologous cartilage is used, it can keep happening, so surgery ends up being repeated. So they said that if a support is not placed, the nose may become even more uplifted later on. I heard that if you do a full removal, the chance of contracture happening again is close to zero, but it's hard to know which explanation is correct.
