(I absolutely do not mean it should look lifted upward..) is layering cartilage on the tip of the nose the only way? And I’m also wondering whether, when layering cartilage at the tip, it can be shaped a little sharper and then raised, and whether autologous costal cartilage can also be used to layer the nasal tip cartilage..
