One-line summary: for the nose, go to a specialist hospital for complex problem areas. Choosing the hospital is the most important thing. Before surgery, did you see that bump at the tip of my nose, like a pimple? It really made my life so hard. When I first had nose surgery, I liked the shape and the hospital I had surgery at was not bad either. But after the constriction developed, it was suddenly all, "Oh, it was my nose that was the problem," and they started talking like that..... Wasn't the surgery supposed to take that into account too..? Seriously, unbelievable.. I did not even expect aftercare, but anyway, I am rambling. The constricted-nose revision surgery has now been completed successfully, and I am waiting for it to settle. For now, the shape seems pretty good, but who knows, maybe it will suddenly start curling up again at any time. That anxiety really drives people insane.... Those who know, know, but I just want 6 months to pass quickly so it can settle... The hospital I recently went to specializes in constricted noses, so they seemed to call me in often for follow-ups. At first they explained why my nose had turned out that way, and said they operated based on that, so there should not be any problems, but you never know.. The director seemed very confident, but whether that confidence will last until the end is another matter. It has been 3 months, and so far the shape has stayed the same without changing. I should have gone to a specialist from the beginning. The result would have been different. I have a guarantee for autologous costal cartilage, and they said they would take care of the nose shape if I have it, so I am just hoping I never have to use it. Honestly, none of that matters, and the best thing is just for everything to go well the first time.... Even when washing my face, I really try not to irritate it, so I wash my face like a cat.. I have a lot of gatherings, but I also stopped drinking, and I really kept everything I could possibly keep. At this point, they should make me succeed out of pity... Please wish with me that I succeed this time.... Constricted noses, get lost.
