I wanted to improve the pinched-nose look, so while looking up rhinoplasty reviews on Instagram and YouTube, I came across Alu Plastic Surgery. Director Kim Hyun-ju said she would improve the visible silicone on the bridge of my nose by adding donated dermis, and the tip by adding fascia, which gave me confidence. After the nose surgery, the visibility of the bridge and tip improved, and the pinched-nose look got much better too. The recovery was difficult, but after about a week it naturally got better. I am currently about 2 weeks into my nose revision surgery, and it was done with a 3D custom implant and autologous costal cartilage.
