Before surgery, the tip of my nose looked a little blunt and the side-profile line felt lacking, but after the revision nose surgery, the nasal line feels much smoother and more naturally refined. In particular, the tip of my nose has a more polished feel without becoming overly high, so I am very satisfied. As for the fat grafting, I honestly had not been considering it at first, and instead of surgery I tried going to a dermatologist a bit while thinking about maintenance. But my face as a whole felt too lacking and flat, and my skin elasticity felt like it had dropped so much that I thought it would be hard to see results with a procedure alone, so I asked about it while going for revision nose surgery consultations. I was recommended full-face fat grafting a lot, so I did it together. It really felt like a masterstroke. It definitely filled in the areas that lacked volume, so I look younger and more lively, and I am so glad I did it together with the revision nose surgery. After surgery, I also felt more confident mentally, and because it was a revision, I was very worried, but in the end I am satisfied enough to wonder why I did not do it sooner.
