Honestly, I never thought I’d end up looking into another revision after having nose surgery twice lol. But my boxy nose really just would not go away... It was definitely better than before surgery, but it still wasn’t the look I wanted. From the front it still had a blunt feel, and I still had a little hump left. More than anything, I wanted a nose that was slim, high, and refined, but every time I looked at it there was this 2% missing feeling. Even after two surgeries, I still felt unsatisfied, so I decided to think of this as the last one and look into a third revision. This time I really did not just go to any random clinic. I searched through a ton of reviews. But rather than just looking at places with pretty before-and-after photos, I focused more on things like, "Why did they operate on this person’s nose like that?" and "Why did they design that person’s nose that way?" Then I was reading reviews about Another, and it did not feel like they were making everyone look the same. It felt much more like they were tailoring surgery to each person’s specific nose problems. So I booked a consultation and went, and the consultation was really long lol. They explained in a lot of detail why my boxy nose had not improved, how they would refine the hump, and how much they could adjust the tip. I thought, "Ah, they’re really thinking this through before operating." They also went over the nose design very carefully and talked with me while balancing the look I wanted with what was actually possible, which I really liked. Honestly, I’ve noticed this at work too: you can tell the difference between someone who does things casually and someone who really puts their heart into it lol. I could feel that from the director during the consultation, so deciding to have surgery was not as hard as I expected. Even on the day of surgery, they checked the design very carefully. Maybe that is why, when I went into the operating room, I felt more excited than nervous lol. And today is exactly one week, so I went in to have the splint removed, and I was really surprised. Even though there was still swelling, the front view already looked different. The boxy nose shape that had stressed me out so much was almost gone lol. The side view feels much more refined too, and the hump seems to have been cleaned up nicely. Most of all, the tip looks slimmer, so I’m really satisfied. Honestly, this is still very early while the swelling is far from gone, but even so, I’m already excited to see how it will look once the swelling fully goes down lol. Since this was my third surgery, I did have high hopes, but at the same time I wondered if it would really be that different again. But now I feel like I was worrying for nothing lol. It has been a long time since taking off the splint made me feel this happy. It looks pretty from the front and pretty from the side, and especially for anyone who was stressed about a boxy nose, I think the satisfaction now is even greater. Now all that is left is for the swelling to go down lol. I’m looking forward to seeing how much prettier it gets at the one-month and three-month marks, and I’ll come back later with another review :3
