I went early before my appointment time, waited, went to the room where they had cut my nose hairs, had the nose packing removed, had antibiotic ointment applied while they explained the precautions, asked what I was curious about, got the stitches taken out, and even had a quick follow-up with the director! I had mentally prepared myself for my nose, but the moment I looked in the mirror I really burst out laughing.. lollllllll

The bridge is flattened and completely flat. The tip is a nose bump bigger than a Hallabong tangerine???? It feels even worse than the review photos.. no, it is really bad, even worse than in the photos, honestly... Other people seem to have less swelling and naturally pretty noses, but mine.. the bridge silicone got cut when I got injured and there was a sunken area, and I checked right away from the skin step difference. I will need to check at home whether that sunken area is from the splint marks or from the wrinkles getting set in! Fortunately, the nose is still connected smoothly for now. If I take good care of the stitched area, I do not think there will be much scarring. The nostrils are okay too, and the swelling is huge. Goodbye to my surgery nose.. Other than that, maybe because I went in mentally prepared, the condition is not as bad as I expected and it seems like everything was removed cleanly. I think I am satisfied with that for now too, since the surgery went well. The director checked and felt for things like any blood pooling he was worried about, and explained that part to me, and fortunately I had no problems.
I was already worried about swelling, and he said, 'The nose is quite swollen, isn't it? It looks cuter, right?' I ended up laughing at what he said without meaning to, and since I was told to get a swelling shot before leaving, I also got a swelling shot and swelling laser! The manager reminded me again of the precautions from 2 weeks to 1 month, and the director said the swelling would go down well, so for now I am going to focus on walking and warm compresses! If I keep thinking negatively, I feel like I will just spiral more and more.
It is sad that my face has become flatter and the bridge is gone, but maybe because I have let go of it all mentally, I even think this swollen nose is kind of cute now haha (positive mindset mode)

No, actually, removing everything makes me feel relieved The hospital manager and nurse were also kind, and at first I thought the director was stoic, but I think that was only on the first day. Even after the surgery, he came to check my condition in person, and while he was busy, he only said what needed to be said, and from the surgery day until today after surgery, he has spoken clearly and confidently without hesitation, so I liked that part haha.
I just hope the swelling goes down well from here, I get through the contraction phase well, the skin step difference disappears, and there are no later complications I will keep taking photos of the follow-up and post them little by little!
