(A bit graphic..?) Is there anyone whose dark bruise or whatever on the columella went away?

It has been three months since my surgery, and they said they extended the length of my nasal tip and columella using ear cartilage and septal cartilage. But I feel the foreign-body sensation and pressure are way too severe. The clinic says, since it is autologous cartilage, there is no way there could be any foreign-body sensation or pressure, and that foreign-body sensation only happens with silicone or Medpor mesh or other 'foreign materials,' and autologous cartilage would not cause that. They keep treating only me like a difficult troublemaker and a crazy person, and I feel like I am losing my mind.. I was so exhausted that I even got a psychiatric consultation, and the psychiatrist said that even if it is autologous cartilage, it is still common sense that if something is forcibly inserted inside the nose, it makes no sense to have no foreign-body sensation or pressure at all. That kind of sensation gradually gets easier as you adapt to it; it does not disappear completely just because time passes, and they said the doctor at the clinic is the strange one. So whose words are right..? Anyway has anyone had that dark blackish thing on the columella appear and then go away later? It has already faded a lot, so it is about that much now, but although it does not look that bad in photos, in real life the dark color stands out a lot After surgery, the entire columella was dark, and bruising-like discoloration spread all the way to the nasal tip, but I thought it was gradually disappearing, and now it seems to have stopped fading any further... Also, on both sides of the columella there is some kind of whitish bumpy protrusion that does not seem like scar tissue, and it looks odd..
