Nose Re-Surgery

Can cartilage manipulation at the tip make a spread-out tip look narrower?

My natural nose has a low bridge and a tip that is a bit broader and more spread out than the bridge, so if I put it kindly, it has a cozy, cute vibe? That is why I had a non-open procedure with silicone and ear cartilage, and because the silicone raised the height, it does feel a little more refined, but it never felt like the tip itself became neatly defined. It just felt visually a bit more gathered because the height went up.

But I am thinking about removing the silicone, and while I am at it, I am wondering whether cartilage manipulation or something like that could be done at the tip to slightly bring in a broad nose...

I am also wondering whether that carries any risk I am thinking about removal as a non-open procedure, but if I want to do something like that too, would it have to be open? Rather than wanting to raise the tip height, I just want to cleanly and neatly reduce that spread-out look...
