Nose Re-Surgery

[Considering full removal] Could my original nose be uglier than mine..?

I had nose surgery 19 days ago with a light heart, but later anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and psychological reasons worsened my mental illness, and now I honestly feel like I can't live like this, so I'm considering full removal. I'm counting the days until 6 months finally pass, but the more time goes by, the more complicated I feel. Looking at photos, my original nose had a very low bridge, a bulbous tip, and large nostrils. But I lived fine until I was 30 with that shape, without feeling a major lack..? How did it end up like this.. A friend who had nose surgery says theirs turned out well, and that I'm the only person who would get mentally ill from it.. They say I should go to psychiatry, not plastic surgery.. Then I compared photos from before and after the nose surgery and was shocked because my nose looked so seriously ugly. People around me usually don't realize how low my nose is because I always contour it, so they say, 'Why did you even get nose surgery?' At first they tried to stop me, but I should have listened then. After I did it, they all said I did it naturally and well, so my mind keeps wavering. Even though having an operated nose feels like I'd have to live carrying constant anxiety and discomfort, I keep hesitating, thinking about how wasteful the surgery cost is, and whether it's really right to remove it after only 6 months. So I'm thinking about when to remove it.. If anything goes wrong with my nose, I have no intention of getting a revision at all, and whether it's a sense of loss or whatever, my resolve to remove everything is unchanged. I hate living with this discomfort and anxiety so much that it feels like it would shorten my life. If I remove it, I'm sure I'll never go near anything related to plastic surgery again. So I think it would be fine as long as it goes back to how it was originally, but if a nose like mine is fully removed, is it possible for it to return to something similar to the original nose..? A low nose, a bulbous tip.. Without support, it feels like it would collapse right away.. What's more, my operated nose had a lot of alterations done: donated rib cartilage, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, silicone, bulbous tip correction, and nasolabial angle correction. The septal cartilage was small too, and I used it up. I feel like it has all the worst conditions, so even if I consult, I have a bad feeling they'll recommend leaving some kind of support behind instead of full removal. Then in the end it would be a revision surgery, and I wouldn't be able to end this pain.. Has anyone here consulted about full removal? Does anyone here have a nose like mine?
