Did everyone go to the hospital to have it removed? Or did you just wait for it to dissolve? They say they can remove it at the 2-week mark if you want, and otherwise it is okay to leave it alone. But if you look it up, there are posts saying absorbable thread caused inflammation, and that months later it suddenly poked out... The sutures inside my nose have hardened into clumps with disinfectant and mucus, so it feels like it would hurt so much if I pulled them out. I also do not want to bother going, and I do have a follow-up visit in a month anyway, so I kind of want to ask them to remove it then. The sutures on my columella did not hurt at all, but the ones inside my nose have hardened and seem like they will hurt a lot, so I am scared I thought I would not come back here after surgery, but I guess that is not the case either
