I had nose surgery 7 years ago with ear cartilage + silicone, but it ended up so low that no one can even tell I had anything done .... Natural results and not looking overdone are of course good, but for the money I spent, it really does not show at all. I also do not like the tip or the columella, and every time I look in the mirror I can only think about wanting a revision, so this time I did my research and went in for a consultation at TopFace. The director was pretty, quiet? and spoke kindly and carefully during the consult. I vented a little while talking and she listened to that well too lol T_T Sorry about that... And I had a consultation with Director Shim Jae-seon, who explained the problems with my first surgery and the current shape of my nose, then told me the surgical direction he had in mind. It seemed almost the same as the look I want, so I trusted him and just went ahead and booked it .. Please, I hope there will be no more surgeries after this, gireugi ,, I really hope it turns out well... T_T
