I went in for nose surgery consultation, but my mind ended up being more complicated than I expected. The consultation room atmosphere was calm, but instead of analyzing my nose first, they started by explaining the surgical methods. They went into detail about how to raise the bridge and about implants, but they did not spend long explaining why my nose shape looks the way it does. They did help design it using photos, but I did not get a clear sense of how my entire facial balance would actually change
