I went at 4 o'clock and waited for 3 hours just for the consultation. I went in already exhausted, but the director explained the materials for the nose very well. I was worried because he said he would make it glamorous, but he said it would not suit me to make it too glamorous, and that we should keep the height and only raise the tip of the nose. The consultation took 18 minutes, and the consultant just talked about the cost. Because I had waited so long, they did not charge me a consultation fee at all. The director was kind and I liked him, but the reviews said I should not get a long nose done here, so I am wondering if I should look around some more elsewhere.. The cost was high, probably because they used autologous costal cartilage even though it was my first surgery
