Review of surgery for a nose that points upward (clinic not recommended)

It was my first surgery, and at the time I did not go around to many places, but visited a clinic that had been in the downtown area of Ilsan for a very long time. (This place has [Clinic A] Hospital and [Clinic B] Hospital performing cosmetic procedures separately in the same building.) I think I decided on surgery while being far too uninformed. The director had oily skin like mine, but before surgery he kept touching me all over to make the estimate, and it felt like he had touched something he should not have touched lol The consultation coordinator did not like something, so the reservation fee that should have been 50,000 won was explained as 100,000 won If you cancel surgery, you lose more money, right? (I found out later when someone else at the counter on the day of surgery said, "The reservation deposit is 50,000 won, right?") During surgery I did not change into a gown and stayed in my own clothes There was no bleeding or anything like that, and I did not have the hassle of changing clothes, but I still wondered whether this was really correct. Because I was afraid of inflammation, I had it done with alloderm and ear cartilage. My nose bridge was not completely absent, but it only felt like the bridge got much higher and the forward projection changed by about 2 mm? 3 mm? A lot of cartilage was used, so there is also a lot of scarring on my ear. Even compared with old photos, I cannot tell the difference. As I got older, the alar wings sagged, so nostril exposure got even larger, but there was also no detailed consultation about the various measures that come with an upturned nose, such as alar-wing surgery or lowering the nasal base. I learned that the nose has a force that tries to return to its original shape depending on the direction of surgery, and for example, alar-wing lifting creates a force pulling downward after surgery. An upturned nose needs a force that lowers it, but raising the bridge creates an opposing upward force. Because there is this directional tendency to return to the original shape, I understood that proper consultation and surgery need to take that into account.
