1. In March 2018 I had silicone + septal nose surgery, and after just one year (June 2019) the tip of my nose drooped, so I requested revision surgery.
2. After finishing an A/S consultation with the doctor who said it would be done for free, I spoke with the consultation manager and was told that surgery had been temporarily suspended because of COVID and to wait.
3. I called repeatedly to ask about revision surgery, but was told more than 4 times that there was no schedule; I heard nothing for 2 years.
4. I came back in September 2021 and requested the A/S revision consultation again for what had been discussed in 2019. They said the doctor who operated before would be abroad for a lecture and not in Korea, so I should get it from the doctor currently working there.
5. They first asked for 10 million won for the revision, then said since I was a previous patient they would be generous and ask for 5 million. The story about doing the A/S for free completely disappeared.
5. I called the manager again and argued that wasn't this compensation that should have already been settled in 2019, asking why they were demanding money. They said they would talk to the department head, and then went silent for 2 weeks~
Conclusion: During COVID they only did injection treatments, but apparently they plan to resume eye and nose surgery soon^^ They are also recruiting surgery models and claim they're reactivating things, but community members should absolutely never go to such an irresponsible clinic that does not take responsibility for previous patients~ The thing I regret most in my life is having nose surgery here
