I liked that the director used Photoshop to do a virtual surgery during the consultation. He said if I wanted a higher bridge, use silicone, and for the tip, use the septum. While waiting, there were quite a few men there, so I also had the thought, what if I end up with a kind of male nose? The director was kind.
