I was told doctor consultations are hard to get, so I only had a consultation with the manager. They were kind and gave me a very thorough consultation. They said they would do repositioning only without removing the under-eye fat, and the price was 1 million won for repositioning only, or 1.5 million won if fat grafting was added. They kept recommending fat grafting, so I am thinking it over. I want surgery without fat grafting.
