I was debating between two clinics at first, but I heard that the other place can come undone, and that for revision surgery I should go to a clinic that definitely opens it up, so I chose this place. My eyes aren’t exactly the kind of small “clam-like” eyes that really need canthoplasty, but whenever I wear makeup, I always do lateral canthoplasty-style makeup, and I wanted my eyes to look a bit more open and refreshed even without doing that, so I decided to have the surgery.
I had read so many reviews saying it hurt on the day of surgery, so I was really scared, but during the consultation before going in, the director explained the surgical method and the changes that would happen to my eyes after surgery in detail, and kindly said they would make it hurt as little as possible, so I felt a bit relievedㅜㅜ
After surgery, when I got home, aside from a slight stinging and pulling around the stitches, it didn’t hurt at all, to the point that I wondered why I had been so scared, and thankfully I was totally fine... It’s been one day now. There’s almost no pain, but because of conjunctival edema and the eye ointment, my vision is blurry, so it is uncomfortable. Still, it does feel like my eyes opened up clearly and refreshingly, so I want to get the stitches removed soon!!!
