The estimate was in the high 2 million won range if donor rib cartilage was used, and in the mid 2 million won range if not, but I do not remember well. I went because I thought I might only need a tip job without implants, but they said they would use ear cartilage instead of silicone, and that if the septum was insufficient after opening the tip, donor rib cartilage might be needed, so I felt burdened by even the possibility of using donor rib cartilage. The scar behind the ear from suturing the cartilage also looked large, so I only had a consultation. The surgeon and the consultation manager both explained things well and were truly kind.
