The estimate was in the high 2 million won range if using donor rib cartilage, and in the mid 2 million won range if not using it, but I don’t remember well. I went wondering if only the nasal tip could be done without an implant, and they said they wouldn’t use silicone but would use postauricular dermis, and after opening the nasal tip, if the septal cartilage was insufficient, donor rib cartilage might have to be used. So I felt burdened by donor rib cartilage that I might or might not use, and the stitched scar from the postauricular dermis also seemed large, so I only had a consultation. The director and consultant explain things well and are really kind.
