This is my 2-week review~ I felt that Director Kim had a definite nose style, so I trusted him and had it done. I even had the hump and osteotomy done, which other places hadn’t recommended, and I think that’s how the pretty shape came out. I’m satisfied because the nasal tip is not sharp but rounded. Since my nose was upturned, they said costal cartilage was needed, but they said donor rib cartilage is usually recommended for a first surgery. I also felt that autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery was a bit burdensome, so I had it done with donor rib cartilage.
