I saw that the head doctor had a blunt, no-nonsense style and also looked up their YouTube, so I did not expect excessive friendliness in the first place and just went in thinking that was the kind of person they were. They explained the key points directly, and when they thought the surgery direction I wanted was not the right one, they said they would do it if I insisted but not to resent them for it, haha... They were very rational and matter-of-fact, saying what was not a good idea was not a good idea. That said, they did not treat me rudely either. They also showed me before-and-after photos, and the nose shape was different from what I wanted. It seems like they prefer a slightly slimmer nose tip rather than 100 percent naturalness, so I am thinking it over. For post-op care and for their own patients, I get the feeling they would take good care of them with real pride. But if I said or wanted something that seemed absurd in the head doctor’s view, I feel like I would get scolded...^^;;;
