Right after surgery, I was very satisfied because of the swelling, and it looked pretty, but from about 3 months later, as the swelling went down, my nose started looking long and the nasal tip looked a bit pointy,,, when I smile, it becomes an arrow-shaped nose. It was a hump nose, but I’m very satisfied that they didn’t put in silicone, shaved it down, and did it without an implant. When I was younger, I think I was more or less okay even with my nose like this, but as I get older, the stress because of my nose is getting bigger. These days I’m wondering whether I should get revision surgery.
