After a subperiosteal lift, I have no sensation in the right upper lip and half of my cheek. Even when I am just sitting still, my mouth and nose are twisted and distorted like someone with facial paralysis, and when I speak or drink through a straw, my mouth pulls severely to one side. I am bleeding inside day by day.. They say I just need to wait and not take it too seriously? If I say something negative when I go for a follow-up, they might throw the treatment wand at me ~
