When I said the tip of my nose was too hard and I wanted it removed, they said, "So you got a boyfriend after your nose surgery?" and ......... said I would regret taking it out. It was a factory-style hospital, and when I went in for surgery, about ten people were lying there, which honestly scared me. I worried they might have done proxy surgery. Also, I did not want osteotomy, but they kept saying I had to do it, and they put Medpor inside my nose without telling me. I had never even heard of this material, and I eventually had it removed at another hospital. It was so hard that it was honestly very noticeable.. They really like lifting the nasal tip a lot.
