When I said my nose tip was so hard that I wanted it removed, they said, "Did you get a boyfriend after your nose surgery?" and ........ then told me I'd regret taking it out. It was a factory-style hospital, and when I went in for surgery, about ten people were lying there, which honestly scared me. I was worried they might do proxy surgery. Also, I did not want osteotomy, but they kept saying I needed it, and they put Medpor inside my nose. I had never even heard of that material, and in the end I went to another hospital and had it removed. It was so hard that it was honestly very noticeable .. They tend to lift the tip of the nose a lot.
