I went for a consultation for bulbous nose surgery, but they said my nose isn't big, so they didn't recommend alar base reduction. They said I need to tie the cartilage and insert cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and add cartilage to the area where there is a height difference with the nasal bridge to even out the height. I had a slight hump, and I wasn't planning to shave it down, but they told me to shave it down,, Total 291 There was a bit of a wait, and the consultation was kind.
