This was the first clinic I visited, and both the consultant and the doctor were kind. I went because of my bulbous nose, and I was only considering alar reduction and the nasal tip, but they pointed out that my nose also needs the nasal bridge done. The surgery cost seems quite expensive, but my satisfaction with the clinic is high. They said they would use ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Since my skin is on the thicker side, they said they can dissolve fat or shave down the skin, but that cannot be the main part, and in the end I would need to do the nasal bridge too.
