The waiting time was outrageously long, the atmosphere inside was like a busy market, and the director looked tired the whole time during the consultation. On top of that, it was very uncomfortable that they emphasized only the patient's flaws. I was going to have surgery with my own money, but it felt like I was just being scolded. The coordinator was like a robot, only answering the questions asked. Even when it came to surgery, they casually said I might have to wait if the patient before me ran late. Then they should reduce the number of surgeries per day. I do not even know if the follow-up care will be properly handled by the director. It seems like business is going extremely well, but there will be plenty of people to operate on even without me, so I am dropping out..
